Michael Mullen

I am a native of North Dakota with over 35 years in the practice of law, including both private practice and government service. Over the years I have come to specialize in health care law and the privacy of health information. In teaching a course in Health Care Law and Policy, I am teaching a subject that has been my primary area of practice for the past 14 years. My teaching includes online courses as well as those in the classroom.

On Servant-Leadership...

The Benedictine values are the basis for my understanding of servant-leadership within nursing. The model I follow is respect for all students and a firm belief that anyone of ordinary ability can learn new subjects that can be useful in their professional careers and in serving others.
