I started teaching human anatomy and neuroscience in the physical therapy and occupational therapy programs at the University of Mary in 1997 after more than eight years in neuroscience research. In 2004, I received my master's degree in physical therapy, which enabled me to be more involved in clinical instruction in the physical therapy department.
