On Servant-Leadership . . .
“Servant-Leadership” is my personal practical philosophy for serving my students, my profession, and my community. I wish to promote servant leadership within the realm of “Information Technology” by listening to the needs and issues of my students, my profession, and my community. I strive to provide an environment where my IT students can grow and become wiser and more autonomous. During this process, I would hope that my students themselves would become servant-leaders.
