MBA
Individuals holding a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and who have an undergraduate GPA of 2.5 overall, or 2.75 during the last two years of the undergraduate degree, or 3.00 in a major field of study will be admitted to begin graduate study. To complete the application process, please submit:

After the successful completion of a minimum of six (6) credit hours (two courses), and upon recommendation of the graduate advisor, the student will be advanced to candidacy status according to the following criteria:
- A minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for graduate course work
- Acceptable personal, academic, and professional conduct
- An approved program of study

MBA Completion
For the MBA Completion Program, the following process and criteria for admissions apply:
Individuals holding a Master of Management degree from the University of Mary and who have a graduate GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale will be screened for admissions to the MBA Completion Program. To complete the application process, please submit:
- Completed application (to include goal statement)
- One letter of reference

MSN: Nurse Educator, Nurse Administrator, and RN to MSN
Before acceptance into the Graduate Nursing Program, an applicant must be accepted to the University of Mary Graduate School. After all prerequisites have been met for the graduate nursing program, an applicant will be considered for acceptance to the Nursing Division.
Individuals holding a bachelor of science in nursing degree from an accredited institution and who have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher in the nursing program will be admitted to begin graduate study. To complete the application process, please submit:
- Completed graduate application
- Statement of Professional Goals
- Official transcripts (including transcripts of any graduate courses completed)
- Two letters of reference
- $140 application and enrollment fee
- Resume
Additional application requirements to be submitted for consideration of acceptance to the Graduate Nursing Division:

Undergraduate - Bachelor's in Management & Accounting
For the undergraduate program, the following process and criteria for admissions apply:
Individuals should have a minimum of 30 semester hours of transferable college credit (2.0 GPA or better on a 4.0 scale) from an accredited institution of higher learning and/or three (3) years of relevant work experience. To complete the application process, please submit:

Undergraduate - RN to Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Before acceptance is granted to the Nursing Program, an applicant must be accepted to the University of Mary. After all prerequisites have been met for the nursing program, an applicant will be considered for acceptance to the Nursing Division.
To complete the application process to the University of Mary, please submit:
- Completed application
- Official transcripts
- $125 application and enrollment fee
To be admitted to the nursing program, the candidate must:
- Hold a current license in good standing as an RN
- Have achieved a GPA of 2.75 or higher
- Have a grade of C or higher in required courses (required courses listed below)
- Submit Immunization and Health History
- Obtain and clear a criminal background check
- Nursing Disclosure
- Have current CPR certification
- Have yearly TB test
The Nursing Division requires the following courses as prerequisites to admittance:
- Microbiology
- Two courses in anatomy and physiology
- An introductory course in organic/biochemistry
- Sociology
- General Psychology
- Lifespan Psychology
- Ethics (may be taken at University of Mary)
(These courses in part, also fulfill the liberal arts requirement.)
