Mission Consistent with the University of Mary's philosophy of educating the whole person, Counseling Services exists to provide educational programs and developmental counseling to address individual personal concerns and to teach positive mental health habits. Services are provided in a manner consistent with Catholic beliefs and teachings with an emphasis on a wellness model that seeks to integrate an individual's emotional, social, spiritual, intellectual, and physical dimensions.
Philosophy Each student is a unique person with God-given dignity and potential who, at times, needs support to meet the challenges, stresses, and difficulties that are a part of the process of growing and learning. We are here to help!
