About the Library
Constructed in 1998, Welder Library bears the name of the late Sister Thomas Welder, OSB, president emerita of the University of Mary. Welder Library has nearly 75,000 visitors each year and seats 204 students. There are computer workstations available for use, as well as both black and white and color printing. The library collection has over 47,000 print volumes, more than 500,000 eBooks, and databases providing access to over 100,000 journals. Library materials are searchable through an online catalog.
