About Me
I work with stakeholders to identify their workforce development needs and then assemble appropriate resources to design programs, training materials, and modules to meet those needs. I also lead the planning and execution of Leadership, ND, an executive leadership program.
Why I’m At MaryI love the Servant Leadership mentality that the University of Mary stands by. It changes your mentality of "work" when you and those around you all enjoy one another's company and are all coming together to be the best versions of ourselves and working towards a common goal.
